A couple months ago I was traveling with my wife down south trying to get warmed up in the cold weather. While in Tallahassee we got the chance to do some hiking and site seeing and I was able to get a few nice photos of a mourning dove. It became the basis for this little oil painting. It is on canvas, 12.5″ wide and 10.5″ high. I’ll be tacking it onto stretcher bars soon and then framing it and will post the finished piece after that.
